1. What do I do if I cannot remember my Pupil Path username/password? See your advisor as soon as possible. They will help you reset your account. 2. Am I able to make up missed homework assignments? Late homework is NOT accepted unless you make arrangements with a teacher before the day the assignment is due. 4. What if I forget my reading notebook in school? The beauty of looseleaf paper! Complete your assignment on looseleaf with the day's date at the top and tape it into your notebook the following day so that it remains part of your work for the year. 5. What if I have a lot of overdue books in the library or lose an ESCHS library book? Thanks to our fantastic ESCHS librarian, as an alternative to paying for missing or late books, students are encouraged to set up community service with a teacher who needs extra help on a project. Students should have the supervising teacher sign off on a community service slip, available in the library. 6. What should I do if I leave my whole-class novel in school? You have a few options here. First, ask a friend if you can borrow their copy when they are done with it for the night. Next, you can search for a free audiobook on youtube. If neither of those options work, you can ALWAYS come to breakfast study at 8:00AM to catch up on the reading for the night before. 7. What should I do if I miss a day of school? If you know in advance that you will be absent, make sure to ask a teacher for the HW and classwork you will miss during your absence, If you have an unexpected absence, reach out to a friend or teacher for the HW on the day you were absent. When you return to school bring a note to Lily in the main office, and be sure to ask a teacher for any handouts you missed from the day before. 8. How should I contact you if I need something? See the "Contact" tab for your teacher's ESCHS email addresses. 9. What should I do if I leave my IR book in school? Check the "ELA Sites" tab for a number of websites where you can explore free poetry and short stories. You can also do some nonfiction reading of your choice on NEWSELA or another news outlet of your choice.
